Normal working day. During the day, I had low physical activity in the office. I went on foot for lunch. Passed more than 2000 steps.
After work, I went to the gym with my son. In the evening I decided to arrange a run on the ellipse. At first I planned to walk 10 km in 30 minutes. But I installed an ellipse in front of the TV. And during my run there was an interesting film. And thanks to this, I walked 20 km in 1 hour of training. This is my new record.
Today I am seriously tired of this workout. But I think that over time I will be able to train for a whole two-hour movie 8))))
Actifit application shows more than 12 thousand steps. At the moment, this is one of my best results.
