My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2019
Today it was a hard beginning of the working week.
Mild fatigue after last weekend. A lot of office work.
The terrible weather outside is a strong wind, the temperature is about 0 degrees, rain.
I did not today run a run on an ellipse because of a headache.
But thanks to the walk to the cafe for lunch from the office and the fact that in the evening I drove my son to the gym, I still managed to walk almost 6,000 steps in a day.
As always, I supplement my report with a photo from one of the walks.
