My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2019

Today I was again more active than usual during the day. In addition to the walk for lunch, I twice went on business to other offices.

In the evening, I again decided to go with my son to his training session on foot instead of going by car. The weather was warm enough again today. Walk was nice.

Thus, I managed to walk over 11,000 steps in a day. And this is without sports. Good result (compared to the rest of my results, of course)!

And, as usual, add a photo to the report.
