Started back with my old gym today which was great! They have two 100lb medicine balls which is why I included this picture.

Great doing a mix of movements that I haven't in a while: versa climber, jump rope, behind the head barbell push press, pull ups, decline situps, box jumps, 32kg kettle bell work and basically picking up and putting down the 100lb medicine balls!
