My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
今天下班白班家人准备来一个班次聚餐，提前也和大家商量过，有推荐吃烤鱼的，有推荐撸串的等等，最后投标决定去对面“旺府扁食坊”，第一有美团套餐，第二环境好有包间，第三菜品丰富，第四个别家人在这吃过味道还不错，这样十几个人一起平均一个人三十多块钱，也是挺实惠的。
前几天，楼层兄弟反应说中转站的水压特别小，这时上晚班技术部冠阳大哥马上到楼层进行了查看然后迅速的到1楼水泵处查看，原来是水泵出问题了，也是立马实行了措施，中转站正常有水，但是水泵只能到第二天维修；第二天冠阳大哥上午就跑来了，商量方案后先不打算找人过来维修，他说：咱们能修理得话，咱们自己修理，不用找外部人员花一些不必要的钱。谁知道这可是个“大工程”，其中租的钢筋架，滑轮，等等工具准备把水泵拉上来进行维修，这下整整拉出来了十几根通水用的钢管大概有8层楼左右高，中间技术部兄弟们和保安部兄弟们相互协作最终把水泵取出，进行维修期间有更换过电线，钢丝，但是从头到尾没有请过外援，不明白的地方自己收集相关资料，询问这方面的专业人士。
借着休假的时候把前两天打算做的“红烧排骨”给落实了，对于这道菜应该没有太多人是抗拒的，觉得到了一定年龄是需要做一些事情和放弃一些事情，就说今年特别喜欢自己“研究钻研”菜谱在学习尝试的时候也难免会出现意外状况，但是需要总结得出结论，为了菜品味道质量还专门把调料备齐，就像伟哥说的做品质，管理人员一定不能缺少，这样才能达到标准；就像糖在加热抄完之后不仅颜色发生了变化，就连味道也发生了变化，从而提高口感使菜品变鲜，温度不同味道也是有很大差异，同时体会到做菜也是有“学问”！
