Shooting practice

After getting up I quickly brushed my teeth and immediately made my way to the shooting club. Today was a competition in that I wanted to observe and afterwards I shot a lot with the small caliber pistol.

I worked very hard on my posture and technique and together with a few tips from the more experienced shooters I shot today my best result with the small caliber.
I am more than satisfied with that. I would have liked to show you the disc, but unfortunately I left it at the shooting range...


Rest of the day

Uninteresting desk work until I had to go to work. Today there was a lot going on again, but also the time went by and afterwards I went for some training.

I did not participate in the rmsbodybuilding-challenge of @rmsbodybuilding for a long time, so I did it again. It's a shame that I didn't do that from the beginning this week. But when I missed Monday because of a girl, the motivation had been a bit in the cellar. The rest of the training didn't suffer from it.


New year month, new me

It's December and I only have exactly one month until my new job in the army starts. Slowly I get excited.

Last month I slowly got my body used to a higher volume of training and also tried not to overload my tendons and ligaments and to give it time. My health has top priority, because my fitness doesn't get better when I hurt myself (Such a smart guy ^^).

Over the next 4 weeks I will get myself in top form and control the whole thing through training and nutrition. Also I will go down in the 4 weeks again 2 kilograms and can show you a small transformation at the new year.

I have set myself the goal to document the whole thing as well as I can and to write down this progress in German in my blog. I'll see tomorrow how I implement this exactly.

Crap! I forgot to make a post with a plenty activity posts :) I just remembered then I got a reminder from @ginabot a mention about me in a your post :) I was walking with a dog,girlfriend caring the son and me with a two shopping bags :)
I make a weekly challenge workouts as a warm-up to you body combined with must movement(exercises) what covers your must 'to do' movements to maintain a healthy body and to people that play( I don't make training programs to BANANAS). I give a full freedom to people to decide how to use it(your weight,your tempo) You choose to destroy yourself or use it as a tool. By watching people I learn a lot.

I use your workouts as an addition, but you can destroy yourself without problems doing them with the right intensity! Really like them ^^
