A day in the office- no gym today-February 6 2019
Hej dear Steemians,
After a long day yesterday and a few consecutive days of training i decided to make today a rest day.
I have ti talk about it again because many ignore it; especially at this time of the year when everyone is hyped to stick to their new years resolutions and than they overtrain.
Stress+rest= growth
So learn to rest properly
I will go to the gym tomorrow and do a nice leg day. As always keep improveing yourselves keep getting stronger, keep working on yourselves everyday and keep going after your goals and dreams :D
