My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018

Somebody got some steps in today, but it wasn’t me.

Instead, I put a solid 25 minutes in at the gym, moving from station to station without any breaks. In many ways, I find this kind of workout to be more intense than long distance running. Often, by the end of my sets I am taking very quick shallow breaths to keep my movements slow and steady and to put the weight all the way up or down. Sometimes, I even get a slight feeling like I might throw up, which is a feeling I haven’t gotten from exercise since the first few days of high school double sessions over twenty years ago.

I’ll be back to hunting for 10,000 steps again tomorrow. Hope you’re all doing well!

Yep, you’re right about the animals. They ran by with mini iPhones strapped to their legs;-)

Thanks for dropping by. Generally I hope to do more than 6K, but that doesn’t always work out.

Your training is way more beneficial, but it doesn’t count the activity of walking the streets like a knight crawler.
