It’s getting better. I recently read that any movement which stresses your muscle while it extends leads to muscle soreness. If you stress your muscles while contracting them, you won’t have that problem, apparently. With this new motion, you absorb the wait of your body with your foot and ankle, which lengths your calf muscle. I think it’s just something I’m going to have to adjust to.
