[EN/PL] Cycling (Actifit Report 2019#157) + vlog
[EN] I was not able to sleep long after the night shift, because I had already appointment for physiotherapy before 11 a.m. (there was no other hour available today). After returning home I decided that it was not worth going to bed anymore, because I would be tired at night, so I went out to get tired actively on the bike. Today's route was a return to the times before moving, because I used to ride mainly on the roads I had at my fingertips and most often I used to ride on them. There were quite a lot of lighter and heavier uphill stretches and a few favourite STRAVA segments, where I competed with myself to break my own records.
[PL] Nie dane mi było wyspać się po nocnej zmianie, gdyż już przed 11 miałem fizjoterapię (innego terminu na dziś nie było). Po powrocie do domu stwierdziłem, że nie warto już się kłaść do łóżka, bo będę się męczył w nocy, dlatego też wyszedłem zmęczyć się aktywnie na rowerze. Dzisiejsza trasa była powrotem do czasów przed przeprowadzką, gdyż jeździłem głownie po drogach, które miałem na wyciągniecie ręki i najczęściej po nich jeździłem. Dość sporo było lżejszych i cięższych podjazdów, oraz kilka ulubionych segmentów STRAVY, na których rywalizowałem z samym sobą o pobicie własnych rekordów.
Podpuszczony przez @jozef230 dziś krótki film spod windy w Thieu, z krótką informacją o niej, może kiedyś będzie okazja zrobić film z operacji podnoszenia lub opuszczania barki przez tę windę.

Thanks, to write text and add photos I use Busy.org, for me is more comfortable to do it on laptop than on smartphone. Later I copy whole content to Actifit app and that's it.
Yes, sometimes I drink !BEER to cold down after workout, especially after cycling.
