I know the struggle... On days when I'm coding, etc, my step counts suffer as well. I have found it's all about being intentional. Even just pausing computer time for a 15 min. walk outside helps. I come back feeling refreshed and my mind is that much sharper. Often times while coding I can run into a problem and the answer doesn't come to me until I step away from the computer. It's uncanny how that works!
