Day 206 | Recharge Day
I have been really active the past 2 weeks going to 5 Bikram Yoga classes each good for 90 minutes. Playing tennis weekly and Putting in 4 hours yesterday. Reaching the daily 10000 actifit steps on a regualr level, go swimming, do mainly push ups on saturday, ...
In order to avoid injuries along with the fact that I did not feel like doing much today, I skipped on nearly everything aside from reaching the actifit goal. I' love to start making to do lists again, but actifit forced me to change my posting time. Something I might do is to add the to do list into these posts in the morning.

I have really been enjoying the Actifit app reaching the daily 10000 steps objective. Today I was not up to doing much but took a walk to the supermarket instead of taking my car. In the late afternoon I took another short walk to reach the goal. I’m not sure if I will reach the daily goal tomorrow though.

I will, my skin really cleared up by the way it's crazy. The yoga and really heavy sweating probably has a lot to do with it. I also stopped eating tomatoes which might just be the missing link. I've seen a lot of videos on the topic by now and those are mentioned to potentially cause issues.

I’ve never heard of tomatoes being the culprit 🤔… I eat a ton of tomatoes… maybe that’s why I’ve been breaking out… interesting! Sweating definitely helps for releasing all the toxins. I find when I eat processed foods I’ll break out. 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t really know if there is a correlation, it’s just an observation. I’ll keep tomatoes in mind though :)
I'm not in any way sure it's tomatoes. I'll test it out if my skin stays clear to eat them on a daily basis without changing anything else to see what happens. Eating junk food in general is a big trigger.
That’s my observation too. It’s amazing how delicate, and at the same time strong, our systems are.
