I’m on a 10k roll! Racking up the steps roasting and packing coffee, calling around my local customers and shipping out parcels.
And it’s heading upto a busy period of the year, Manchester Christmas Markets always clear a good chunk of stock and it’s quite a logistical challenge getting enough in to keep them supplied with out ending up with too much left over.

It’s easy to burn your coffee roast! A few times I have been close, mostly leaving it too late to remove the cooling coffee from the tray which takes a few minutes and while I’m trying to get the cooling beans out the cooking ones are getting over done!
8% body fat...that is excellent my man :)
To be perfectly honest ... I started making all the stats up because working it out and remembering to as too much had work. It will be 30% today because I had a massive lasagne for tea last night and then a cornetto ice cream!
