Esculturas de la montaña

Sigo con mis subidas a la montaña y aprovecho de sacar el máximo provecho de ello, no sólo a nivel físico... Está vez hice toda una rutina de barras y levantamiento de peso muerto y pesas para hombros, bíceps y pecho.

Además de eso capturé esta buena foto de esta torre de transmisión eléctrica que está junto al camino por donde subo la montaña. Espero que les guste.
