My Actifit Report Card: septiembre 6 2018
Saludando nuevamente por estos lados, esta vez agotado pero feliz de este provechoso día. Estuvo lleno de caminar, correr un rato y de realizar múltiples actividades diarias que no pensé me llevaría tanto. Pero lo hice con gusto, hoy creo que rompí récord personal, así que estoy mas feliz aun.
Espero mañana dar un poco mas, y así estar en mejor forma y por supuesto sumando puntos.
