Discipline is an integral part of life. If there is discipline in our life then surely nothing can stop us from moving forward because when all things are right in life, then we get success. Have you ever noticed that when the ants move, the queues move, they all fly only after queuing up, when all the parrots are back in the evening. It means to say that when there is so much discipline in a small creature like ant, then why can we not remain discipline as humans.
Today I able to reach 8k points by walking running and ups and down under stairs.
