Hoy fue un día lluvioso en gran parte de La Habana. Esto me imposibilitó caminar más de lo que tenía pensado. Aún así los problemas en el transporte me hicieron caminar más de lo que tenía pensado. Como siempre les digo es necesario fomentar la actividad física y tomar en nuestras vidas hábitos saludables y todo de la mano de @actifit. Un saludo desde Cuba
