Hola amigos de @actifit. Hoy fue un día a pesar de la cotidianidad bastante movido. Estoy probando nuevas experiencias para ser más autónomo y autosuficiente. La actividad de hoy fue bastante alta como podrán ver en el contador de pasos que hice, cercano a los 30k. Todo gracias a la voluntad que me propicia actifit.

    Tengo la aplicación de actifit en mu celular, pero nunca le he usado... Veo muchas personas que lo hacem tal vez sea tiempo de empezar.
