Feeling better today,But still not fully recover.I leave work in the morning ,went to home by bus.in order to accumulate more steps,I got off bus afew stops earlier and went to home on foot.I also took walking exercise after noon nap and after supper as usual.It seems that actifit made walking exercise a habit to me.If the condition isn't too bad,I'll stuck to it.
