My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019
Woke up at around 9am today and didn’t do much until the afternoon in the afternoon I went to my local shop to purchase some coffee as I had ran out. When returning home I had a little lay down as for some reason I’ve been getting a lot of back aches recently not horrible pain but just dull aches when bending and sitting for a long time. However after my short lay down I decided as the weather was still sunny I’d cut the grass so I cut the grass and I couldn’t have timed it any better because as I had finished it started to rain and it rained very heavily for around an hour before being sunny again. In the evening I played a little PS4 playing some random games being bored to be honest. 
For not much you still took enough steps. Tomorrow I will do not much either. 😁
