My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019
Hi actifitters, today actifit was awesome, what about yours? I went out today so earlier so that I can do some exercises, as usual I walked to nearest Bustop which is a little far from my house and entered bus to my office, trekked from bus stop to my office, on getting to office, I was the first person, I went to the back of the office and did my push up exercise, you can watch it in my blog, I did this exercise for an hour and went to my department. I could not do any actifit exercise after that but immediately after closing, I started my actifit and I did for four hours, trekked forward an hour and did some sport exercises before I participated in football training. I trained with ball for 3 hours before I went home. I really enjoyed today actifit.
