My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
前几天，楼层兄弟反应说中转站的水压特别小，这时上晚班技术部冠阳大哥马上到楼层进行了查看然后迅速的到1楼水泵处查看，原来是水泵出问题了，也是立马实行了措施，中转站正常有水，但是水泵只能到第二天维修；第二天冠阳大哥上午就跑来了，商量方案后先不打算找人过来维修，他说：咱们能修理得话，咱们自己修理，不用找外部人员花一些不必要的钱。谁知道这可是个“大工程”，其中租的钢筋架，滑轮，等等工具准备把水泵拉上来进行维修，这下整整拉出来了十几根通水用的钢管大概有8层楼左右高，中间技术部兄弟们和保安部兄弟们相互协作最终把水泵取出，进行维修期间有更换过电线，钢丝，但是从头到尾没有请过外援，不明白的地方自己收集相关资料，询问这方面的专业人士。
抖音这个软件没事了打开看看，里边的内容很是丰富多彩，今天关注了一个关于“生活小妙招”的里边有很多养生知识，废物利用等等，感觉很多都是平时生活中都经常接触的，自己也没有使用过，通过观看自己也收货了不少，比如吃完的荔枝皮，可以泡水喝，第一点起到下火的作用，吃荔枝本来是上火的。第二点荔枝皮泡水喝还可以治疗消化不良。第三点热水泡完洗手洗脚治疗瘙痒的小水泡。关于看抖音视频既然花时间看了就要有收获，也要控制好时间。
这两天利用班前会时间超哥组织大家“集体练歌”而且选择的歌曲是最近抖音里一直排第一的歌曲“沙漠骆驼”，刚开始大家都比较生疏，只有极个别家人会跟着唱两句，后来专门给大家发歌词开始学着唱，在学习的时候可以看的出各位都很投入，应为流行和歌词也很有意思，从刚开始的“陌生”到如今的“熟练”经过一遍又一遍，现在已经是“开怀大唱”歌声也不逊色，像这样的歌曲作为年轻的我们以后还会继续，这也证明我们还年轻！
