La mia carta resoconto Actifit: settembre 10 2019
Stamattina ho approfittato della bella giornata passeggiando un po' con mia moglie per le vie della città. Fatta un po' di spesa, abbiamo pranzato in anticipo perché ho iniziato il lavoro prima del previsto.
Il pomeriggio ho camminato quasi per nulla e sono riuscito a raggiungere il mio obiettivo salendo le scale di casa!
Per cena poi panino con hamburger di salmone, zucchine grigliate, pomodori secchi e robiola... Addio😝
