Bugün diğer günlere göre oldukça hareketliydim. Böyle olunca da iyi bir #actifit sonucu ortaya çıkıyor

Aslına bakılırsa böyle günler insanın sınırı ni belirlemesi adına da fena olmuyor değil.

    Gördükçe hevesleniyor insan. Bu kadar büyük hedef olmasa da bi yerden başlamak iyi olacak. 🙂

    normalde 15-16 bin de kalıyorum :) ilk defa böyle oldu yarını görebilir miyim bilmiyorum :D @neokuduk. Bence de başlayın, insan kendini oldukça dinç hissediyor. Bugünü saymazsak :D

    Benim rekorum 30 bin adım galiba. Bir kere yapmıştım ama o ara her gün 10 bin adımı geçiyordum zor gelmemişti. Şimdi üzerinden aylar geçti yürüyüş yapmayalı. Ufak ufak başlasam yine aynı noktaya gelirim galiba :)
