Bir actifit raporunda daha sizlerleyim. Düzenli sabah yürüyüşleri ile devam eden spor hayatıma bugün de devam ettim.
Malumunuz bugün hafta sonu iş de olmadığı için vaktim de vardı. Havaların güzel olması da beni destekleyen bir etken oldu.
Bu şekilde devam etmeye çalışacağım. Sabit ritimde uzun süre yaptığım yürüyüşler, bana oldukça iyi geliyor ve beni zinde tutuyor.
