My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2019

Once again I got all of my steps Walking the dog. We went to a pretty cool park in maryville Illinois. And Forrest loved the park, But he didn't like the heat, so we didn't stay long. It got up to a very humid 91 today. So Forrest became a hot dog😅😅😅😅😅😅
