My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2019
A beautiful sunset to finish of this warm but windy day. I am thankful for that wind as it kept the heat down in the bakery 👍
Started with a quick paced 25 min walk with Jerry trying to limber my hip and back up a bit after lazing around for the weekend.
Work was smooth and I have been on setup duty in slow mo since the injury, do some panning of bread but stay away from heavy lifting. Left work basically on time and had a little bit of bend left in my back so that’s progress.
After work walk was around the school and back, didn’t have to much difficulty with the hill. We were out for say 35 mins with all of Jerry’s stopping but we did move fairly quick while going.
Slowly but surely I’m improving, now I just wonder if the pains will stop 😅
