Work Fitbit Test Seems Accurate - My Actifit Report Card: June 9 2019
Starting today with the usual 20 min dog walk around our hood, Jerry was being fairly slow just smelling the breeze 😅 did dishes and tidied up before heading to work.
Work went well, full day. Started doing a little more this week and I’m still moving alright. Divided dough for a bit but requires help moving the tables with 200+ kg dough on it 😉 could have done it but like that dude says I’m playing it safe. Mostly setup and panning today with some crusty bun rolling which was the hardest due to the hunching over the table.
Been enjoying this Fitbit thing, little dongle zip is accurate I do believe.

Jerry and I had a nice evening walk down to Langford lake where he did my Seven77 for me catching treats, about 35 mins total.
Now it’s late and I goto couch as mel gets up in a few hours and I’m not risking waking her 😅
