My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2019
I got 10,000 on my Actifit for the first time in awhile and I am pretty proud and happy I did it.
I joined a gym last night and I had a lot of fun and felt productive doing so. I want to be doing jiu-jitsu but financially it's a bit difficult mostly because we are trying to move. Once circumstances change hopefully I can go to jiu-jitsu again and hopefully, thanks to the gym, I will be in some decent shape going into jiu-jitsu. I will have a bit of an easier transition rather than getting into shape from jiu jitsu itself.
I have been mentally fried lately for various personal reasons. I had to burn some negative energy.
I did a lot of running and walking on the treadmill and did some light upper body work.
I have been an active person my whole life. I was an athlete growing up, playing several sports.
Maybe it shouldn't be so surprising that exercise helps improve my mental state! It feels so natural and important and fun for me to exercise.
