My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2018
I was feeling a lot of negative emotions this morning, so I took an extra long walk since exercise is a good way to regulate emotions. I took my usual route, but continued down the riverbank path (where there are periodic scale model planets whose positions along the path are to scale with the distance of their orbits) to Skinner Butte Park.
The Vietnam memorial and the veterans memorial are both gyms in Pokémon Go. I always feel a little awkward playing a game near something as serious as a war memorial, but... gotta catch ‘em all, right?
Because I took a longer walk than normal and was moving a bit slower than usual due to feeling so miserable I was still in the parks when there started to be more light, so I was able to get these nice photos, so at least there’s that. I’ll close with a photo of the river taken from the Greenway Bicycle Bridge next to Maurie Jacobs Park.
Wow that is a really long walk, congratulations. Hopefully it did wonders to vent those vibes.
I have 3 Pokemon left for the kanto dex, pitty can't do long distance trades yet. Supposedly gen 4 is coming to Pokemon Go, more goodies to share ^o^
