My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2018
As usual I took a morning walk to Maurie Jacobs Park and the Owen Rose Garden while playing Pokémon Go. Today, in addition to the Psychic Spectacular event, there is a one-day event around female pokemon, so I was on the lookout for the shiny forms of the pokemon that have increased spawns, including the new shiny female Nidoran, but didn’t encounter any.
Today was also the day when I finished my week’s field research and got the breakthrough award. Normally I choose to encounter and catch the reward pokemon immediately, but today I decided it would be thematically appropriate to wait until I was near some nice flowing water to capture Suicune, so I waited until a bit later in my walk when the path I take runs along the river (and it’s light enough for decent photos).
