My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019
The weather was dry enough that I was able to walk to my appointment yesterday. Since that added on to my morning walk I ended up walking about 35k steps yesterday, and I was pretty exhausted by the time I got back home. My appointment was in the vicinity of Alton Baker Park so I stopped by there for a few minutes afterwards. I happened to spot those unusual geese I saw during one of my previous visits to that park, but standing on land this time.
This morning I wanted to get back into my usual routine, so I went to Maurie Jacobs Park and the Owen Rose Garden. I added a few loops around the rose garden to grind some items in Pokémon Go. Overall it was a pretty uneventful morning, but part of the point of my walking route is to take me to some nice areas so a typical walk is still a very positive experience for me.
