My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2019
Today I was torn between taking my normal Sunday shorter walking route or taking one of my longer routes to make up for the fact that I did a short walk yesterday. I decided to compromise by taking my medium length route to Alton Baker Park.
In the park I played AR games, doing some wizarding challenges in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and some Team Rocket fights in Pokémon Go. I also did some mindfulness practice sitting on a bench before walking home.
