My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2019
ManOhMan. We're really getting it.
Snow, rain. Ice pellets, then snow on top of that.
Dogwalks were just letting them run in the park. They get hyper in the wind and snow and run around like crazy. But then, it's mostly me standing around letting them run..
Had a few day of 7 or 8 glasses of water. Today back up though. At 10 glasses today.
Oh wow, I feel your pain on the weather, we just had a pretty bad snow storm a few weeks ago, snow is gone,, but still very cold

yah it's been tougher than I thought.. Was hoping to add in some yoga and other stuff...
Plus here in TO we can still go for walks on trails almost right up to the end of December.. and this winter was mild up until Xmas.. since then it's been brutal..
I am definitely off my game
ah well... at least I am still alive to breath another day.. I should just stop complaining and accept that I live in the Northern part of the Northern hemisphere...
