My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2019
Numbers look good. Was in the office today so that always jumps my numbers up high.
But the subway was down so did a half hour walk to work partway on the line.
Water is only at 8. Forgot to drink midday. But I did convince someone at work to use the drink reminder app.
Ready to reset on yoga and the other programs I follow next week.
Time to get back on track and/or into the groove.
