My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019
9K. Long weekend. Lots of sitting around. We went out for icecream.
Dogwalks. NetFlix. Relaxing.
Water: 12 I think. Something like that.
Food: I made black bean burgers.
Not much else to report.
Tonight is comedy. I'm at almost 6K and have 20-30 mins of walking from subway back and forth to the show. But I put my phone away when I'm onstage so will miss out on another 2K or so steps. Should clear 9K as well at least, though.
Water is already close to 12 so will counteract the bourbon and beer...
