My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2018

Whew.. what a day.. 12000 steps today.. most of them earned at the local disc golf course. Add in a trip to Walmart for some new slippers plus a couple other things.. and it's easy to figure out why I'm tired.. peace out ya'll
