My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018

Officially, today I am 1000 steps short, but I did 30 minutes of high power cycling. More than 350 wats for five 3 minutes intervals and 180 wats in average... Which shocked me 🤣 I could swear that I cannot provide such power with my current weight and fitness level.

Anyway, this is the end of first month of my fitness challenge. If you remember, goal was to achieve planned number of steps by my Garmin watch. After first few days, number of steps averaged arround 9500-10000 steps per day.

In total, I didn't succeed to complete challenge in 7 days including two days when I actually had different activities than walking (indoor cycling).

BUT Number of steps and distance in this month is levelled with number of steps in months when I have light outdoor activities. 210 km now comparing with average 160 km in 'lazy' months. However, score is still 120 km short comparing with months when I am living outdoor, since in those months my usual score is near to 330 km of distance in single month.

However, I am very satisfied and I decided to immediately start another month with almost the same challenge: to achieve Garmin steps goal in every single day and to beat 209 km (260.000 steps) for at least 5% (11 km or 13.000 steps). 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♂️
