My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2019
今天晚上店里待客还是比较理想的，大家忙而不乱，很有调理，特别是晚上总清期间，超市负责人还主动安排一位晚上进行楼层工作协助，还有我和接待，我们一起在二楼总清，看两位协助的家人积极性很高主动申请自己拿手的工作，最后我们一起高效的完成！并给两位进行了适当的奖励。是的这就是像一家人一样，知道其他部门需要帮助就主动申请，而且质量也很高，开开心心的工作，这就是我们店一直以来的“风气”没有抱怨，只有理解帮助！
本月的干部活动由泽政组织，组织的时候他也是比较细心给出三个方案让大家选择，而且考虑到大家早上大部分没有用餐还专门起早为大家买早餐，最后定的是去“成龙影院”看电影和“厨八怪”用餐；看的是最近新出的电影“无双”这是一部大牌影星汇聚的“烧脑”电影大家看的也是很开心很有“滋味”；用餐的时候他还专门点了一份“招牌菜～土家炖鸡”，上菜的时候很有特色放着音乐敲着锣动静很大，也使大家很好奇很开心，说起创新，特色，餐厅饭菜也出各种花样，不单单是口感外观“别出风味”，而是上菜过程“花样百出，别具一格”，非常新颖，这也是紧跟潮流会很受大家喜欢，当今发展只有创新才能赢得更好的发展进步！
今天开会的时候影哥说到客人“拾金不昧”，前天有位客人捡到一部手机，然后交到了一楼前台，然后到房间给客人赠送了一些物品，并把事情给房间的其他客人说明，房间的其他客人也给予这位客人的精神进行了赞扬；假如今天这位客人是过来请客户唱歌，然后我们到房间说明了这位客人的“拾金不昧”精神我想他的客户肯定对他很认同有好感，然后他们把事情在说给他们的朋友，不仅对这位客人甚至对我们店这样赠送物品认同，都会有“口碑”的“宣传”，所以只要有客人主动拾到东西交给店里，我们都会到房间赠送物品，甚至其他的福利赠送。“拾金不昧，品德高尚”称号不仅有我们员工还有“客人”！
