New Record / My Actifit Report Card: April 8 2019

Hello, sports friends. Today 50000 have liked. One insanity day comes to an end. This morning I already had 15000 steps and after that of the work these were approx. 27000. A small round with the dog after the work and then it went to the Kart training of my son. 2 hours over and over again run pylon put up and release Karts. To good one last I am just once again with the dog a round run. Created. I am broken.
Hallo Sportsfreunde. Heute sind die 50000 gefallen. Ein Wahnsinnstag geht zu Ende. Heute Vormittag hatte ich schon 15000 Schritte und nach der der Arbeit waren es ca. 27000. Eine kleine Runde mit dem Hund nach der Arbeit und dann ging es zum Kart Training von meinem Sohn. 2 Stunden immer wieder laufen Pylonen aufstellen und Karts befreien. Zu guter letzt bin ich gerade noch einmal mit dem Hund eine Runde laufen gewesen. Geschafft. Ich bin kaputt.

    Dankeschön. Im Moment ist bei mir auf der Arbeit echt sehr viel los. Da wird es diese Woche wohl sehr viele Schritte geben. Ich bin heute auch schon wieder über 40k.
