My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019
How one can recognise on my activity diagramme I am again in the night shift. During the day thats why I am not so active and I also have no desire for it. I did my movement today, actually, primarily on the work and a few small games with the dog.
Wie man auf meinem Aktivitätsdiagramm erkennen kann bin ich wieder in der Nachtschicht. Aus diesem Grund bin ich am Tage nicht so aktiv und ich habe auch keine Lust darauf. Meine Bewegung erledigte ich heute eigentlich hauptsächlich auf der Arbeit und ein paar kleine Spielereien mit dem Hund.
