My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019
People need to get out in nature more and relieve their stress. These mass shootings are getting way out of hand. On a happier note I came across two deer this time on my hike in the forest. I also upped my steps to 10k. Feeling great!!!
Hi @edkarnie ,here in Colombia the shootings are so frequent, that if one day they are not heard it is something weird , what sadness , but you have to take care and keep living and doing everyday activities.
