My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2018

Guten Abend zusammen!

Das ist mein erster Test-Beitrag zum Actifit Fitness Tracker.

Heute habe ich bewegungstechnisch ein normales Programm gehabt: Weg von der Wohnung zu den Öffentlichen, zum Büro, in der Mittagspause und wieder zurück.

Dennoch sind dabei knapp 5km rausgekommen. Besser als nichts.

    Wie man es nimmt :-D Ich finde die Idee halt so richtig gut. Die Leute an einen fesseln indem sie sich bewegen anstatt sie vor dem Bildschirm zu fesseln.
