My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2019

Hi my loving stemmian actifiter,

First day of the week day I passed dramatically fantastic. Yesterday tiredness affected morning woke up, I was late. For that, I missed my office bus. I used public bus due to late. When we one time late everywhere late. I felt in long traffic once upon a time I lost my patience and start walking for reaching office as early as pissible. After 45 minutes walk I reached office. It was very useful for me because I was active with #actifit. When I reached entrance of my office, wish to take a snap of the gate right then I followed already completed 8700 step. Which was more inspired me though I was swear but never feel tired.

At that time I took screen shot for all:

Daily Activity :

Walking, Office Movement, House Movement, Jogging.

Advice :


To walk more, reduces symptoms of depressions and anxiety.
