My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

I wasn't able to post my report yesterday. I'm from a night duty, and I'm on my way home.

Yesterday was my rest day after 2 consecutive days duty.

I just stayed at home the whole day. I only went out in the afternoon and went to the hospital early for my duty.
