My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
前几天在开班前会的时候给大家说过本周六会再次默写“黄卡片”的业务知识。是的，这近一个月左右已经全范围组织默写不下两边了。大家的成绩从大范围七十多分，到现在大范围都是九十多分，只要考试一百分的话，以后的默写就不用参加了，这样久而久之就会全员业务知识熟练，新进家人也会一一通过！还是大哥们常说的一句话：“关注什么，就会得到什么”！今天还有一位入职第八天的兄弟，本次默写得了一百分令我刮目相看，也说明兄弟对工作的用心和态度。当然在开会的时候把他请到台上当众表扬奖励！
本月新加入的兄弟姐妹还是比较多的，为了让大家“新老结合”气氛营造，把今天的班前会时间缩短，大家一起做个小游戏“最高的建筑”，给大家分成了三组，每组三张报纸和一卷胶带，然后动手动脑，来自由搭建，最高的获胜。
第一轮各组的成绩很一般平均高度1米左右；第二轮开始之前让各组进行了总结分享，以及给大家讲述了团队协作很重要，应为第一轮看到有一个小组意见不同意，方案不认同，还没定下来怎么制作就有人已经把报纸撕开了……第二轮开始的时候把时间缩短，而且就发两张报纸，最后的结果与上一轮比较进步很大，其中一组高度达到1.7米，直接是进步，而且每组的思路制作都很用心，很坚固！
