Day 1: recovering from illness
For the past 2 months I've been fairly I'll, a nasty chest infection having me off my legs for a while.
today was the first day where I was able to do any sort of exercise.
Although it was just walking it was a start for regaining my fitness.
Beforehand I was norm I train 6 days a week. I need to lose about 20 pounds to get back to my old weight.
Today was my first day training and back in my hometown.
I'll try to keep a weekly log here about my progress, it will take time to regain my strength but every journey starts with but one step.
