A day in the life of Dave: June 2 2019
Friends, today I have redeemed myself. I have walked the path unto 23000 steps and into the cleansing fire of redemption. The path of Perdition and its flames are forever behind me.🙏
I hope that now you will forgive me for failing you! No more will I walk less than 10,000 steps per day. No more shall I sit on my ass.😕

Or maybe not. Today was a very f*cking humid day. One of those days where you think its going to rain, put on a heavy coat on then 5 miles out it turns exceptionally humid and hot as you sweat a river our of parts that light has now seen in many a year!😏
Apart from that, I started organizing my reading books. I found a load of old "Teach yourself" books which I am now going to read in bed, books on different subjects, light reading and hopefully stuff that I can learn from
Also, I found a book based on the Bioshock game called "Rapture" which I hope to read next week.
A typical Sunday, one where I survived ninjas, aliens, and the dreaded Taxman!

Amen! Preach it brotha'man! Awesome count!!!! There's a loop that I run St. Joseph Patron Saint of Suffering and Dying...and a sign posted there: "for religious purposes only." I always think "Who are you to judge my religious practice? My body is a temple or something, right? And, anyway, I'm surely suffering and dying."
