Actifit and Satan the Bear: September 9 2019
I really need to start writing these posts a lot erlier. It seems that I've gotten into the routine of posting them at the last minute.
Typically, from about 10pm, I am sat on my ase studying some random stuff then at the last minute, I realize that it's time to post my actifit thing.
So here I am, with Satan the Bear, studying about A.I and Electricity,,, Exciting. Well, exciting if you are coked out of your head.
My abs have been feeling really stiff today, not sore like it was last week but training was limited to about 6 mile walk. The weather turned from fairly miserable to peeing down with rain.
In two weeks time, I hope to return to running, weight lifting, etc after I find out fom my doctor WTF is wrong with me.
Until then, I will be doing these fairly short walks/hikes. Frustrating as hell though.
