My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2019

Yesterday I had a lazy day. I felt like I needed one. I've learned to listen to my body. This is the only one I have and even though some things can be fixed, others can't, no matter how much money you have.

Not much to report today. I did my usual indoor cycling which I like very much. I got used to it, it works for me.
